Park Rules
A Few Simple Rules for a Great Stay
We want every guest to feel safe, welcome, and comfortable. These rules help us maintain the high standards reflected in our 4.3-star Google rating and 192 five-star reviews. Thank you for doing your part.
Occupancy
Prices are based on 2 adults and 2 children per site.
Additional children over the age of two require an extra fee.
Maximum of 6 people per site for short term, 5 people per extended stay.
Rates
For long-term reservations please call the office at 817-295-5594.
Monthly rates do NOT include electricity.
We charge .15 per kilowatt.
RV Age and Condition
RVs over 10 years old will need prior approval.
You may send pictures of all exterior sides to texasranch@mhsparks.com.
We reserve the right to turn away any RV regardless of age due to condition.
No window A/C units or conversion RVs allowed.
Additional Policies
If you book a site for a weekly or monthly stay and you would like to extend that stay longer, please call the office.
No Non-RV trailers are allowed past the office.
This includes car trailers, flat beds and utility/cargo trailers. (Cardollies are fine as long as they fit on the site pad and not in the grass).
Please note that Check-In time is 1:00 PM and Check-Out time is 11 AM.
