Park Rules

Occupancy

  • Prices are based on 2 adults and 2 children per site.
  • Additional children over the age of two require an extra fee.
  • Maximum of 6 people per site for short term, 5 people per extended stay.

Rates

  • Monthly rates do NOT include electricity.
  • We charge .15 per kilowatt.
  • For long-term reservations please call the office at 817-295-5594.

RV Age and Condition

  • RVs over 10 years old will need prior approval.
  • You may send pictures of all exterior sides to texasranch@mhsparks.com.
  • We reserve the right to turn away any RV regardless of age due to condition.
  • No window A/C units or conversion RVs allowed.

Additional Policies

  • If you book a site for a weekly or monthly stay and you would like to extend that stay longer, please call the office.
  • No Non-RV trailers are allowed past the office.
  • This includes car trailers, flat beds and utility/cargo trailers. (Cardollies are fine as long as they fit on the site pad and not in the grass).
  • Please note that Check-In time is 1:00 PM and Check-Out time is 11 AM.
